Why Are Sundays So Depressing - The Strokes

Today was a good day! Hung out with my family and went back to working on my PL (Camille) I wrote a good chunk of the parser and started wrestling with the name resolution pass (total nightmare!) In the coming weeks I plan to post more detailed progress updates..

and I added a feature to the website for generating Open Graph images and social cards. Feeling pretty satisfied about that!

I also started reading “The Obscene Madame D” by Hilda Hilst.

Despite it being Sunday, it was a good day.

Yesterday, I spent a good part of the day redoing this website/blog, rewriting it using Astro was good!! I really liked the new version of it, and I think it looks much prettier in this style-without-style.

Today I finally setup a diary page, inspired by the nownownow movement except this is just my daily (well, not so daily) log, hopefully, it won’t turn into another spammy stream of consciousness about programming language design. I aim to keep it updated with what I’m doing and focus more on my current thoughts, letting it flow from my inspiration in the moment rather than feeling forced to write something down.
